Our exhibition and reusable cases are built primarily for continued reuse of equipment such as exhibition display items that require protective packaging during periods of non-use.
Available in number of styles in plywood, softwood, and screwed or bolted for easy of assembly, all cases are ISPM-15 compliant suitable for worldwide export.
For efficiency and convenience when transporting, storing and exhibiting goods, cases can be customised to suit various types of re-use, depending on specific applications.
Available fixings include hinged lids or doors, ramped fronts or removable panels fastened with catches or turbo coach screws.
Cases can be lined, varnished or painted for additional protection and presentation

Conveyor belt for exhibition use
We were asked to design a case to incorporate a ramp system for easy unpacking at exhibition venues.
This was accomplished by utilising the internal end of the packing case to incorporate the ramp runners. This conveyor was blocked as it was on wheels and we used ratchets to secure the machine in place.

Polished Stainless Steel Lawn Stanchions
Our client tasked us with designing a method to transfer three hundred 65cm long polished stainless steel stanchions with lawn spikes. It was imperative that they didn?t touch in transit as they were polished stainless steel.
Our designers came up with the solution by splitting the loads into three cases taking one hundred stanchions each. Each stanchion was countersunk into two retaining shelves, the internal lid was mounted with inch thick foam. The finished job incorporated drilling 600 holes!
